Apple cake - Almás

Grease the baking pan with butter then put fine breadcrumbs on the butter.
Now you can put sliced apple on the bottom of the baking pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon and add lemon zest or lemon juice.

Dough: 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup sugar, 5 whole eggs, 1 cup white flour, 1 pack vanillin sugar, 1/2 pack baking powder. 
Whip the eggs with sugar then add the flour, oil, vanillin sugar and baking powder. 
Mix it then put it on the apples in the tray.

Put it in the oven and bake it for around 10minutes on full power then bake it on half power untill it gets ready. 

When it is cold, you can add icing sugar on the top.
